YEAR-BY-YEAR RANKING: 1930

NOW, AFTER A SLIGHT PAUSE, WE CONTINUE ON WITH THE 1930'S. 

Here we will institute a couple changes from our 1920's rankings in that we will not be ranking cartoons or short subjects; only features.  I mean, trying to cram in every Looney Tunes cartoon or Three Stooges short would be a monumental and almost impossible task to rank.  So from here on out, we will only be ranking features (with very few exceptions).  So now . . . on with the Great Depression!
