Ever since I first saw COWBOY BEBOP years ago, I've been wanting to make Bell Pepper & Beef (even though I despise green bell peppers). Of course, the authentic way to make it (per the episode which I think was episode 1) is to have absolutely no beef in it (as the clip right at the beginning of this video shows). So I really wanna make this but I'll probably use both mushrooms & beef. . .
