HALLOWEEN: A TIME OF VAMPIRES, HOBGOBLINS, DRACULAS, BOOGENS AND HEADLESS MICE.
The immortal words of George Takei opening the Halloween episode of COMMUNITY Season 2. At the Halloween costume party in the Greendale Community College LiSCARY, Dean Pelton (dressed as Lady Gaga) has provided an endless loop of ABBA's Greatest Hits as well as taco meat from an Army Surplus Store. After Pierce (Chevy Chases dressed as a sweaty, puffy Captain Kirk) eats the taco meat, he starts acting strangely and sporting a high fever. This eventually leads to him biting Starburns on the arm. Slowly but surely, party members who ate the taco meat become very bitey too and soon most of the party goers are turning into something very life zombies. Turns out the Dean didn't buy Army Surplus taco meat but something that has toxic waster symbols all over it. When the Dean calls the Army Surplus Store to complain and reads the "goofy label" which says "Classified Phoenix. If found, repeat key phrase echo tango x-ray nine nine seven". Suddenly, after repeating this phrase, Special Operations Officer McHenry breaks into the phone call. As our study group realized they are under a zombie attack, the Dean barracades them in saying they need a "little baby quarantine until the army gets here". In about six hours.
OK, so the first COMMUNITY Halloween episode is a masterpiece. But then, what in the first few seasons of COMMUNITY isn't?!?!?! You're welcome, Kevins.

Sometimes I am the gateway and sometimes I am the traveler.
And sometimes you're the manhole!
